Yoga With Aurora

Yoga Classes are held at the following locations and times:

Mondays -

9:30 - 10:45 A.M. - Gentle Healing Yoga

6:00 - 7:15 P.M. - Intro to Kundalini

Thursdays

 5:30 - 7:00 P.M. - Intro to Hatha

Cost:  $8.00/class through end of June...Classes will be $10.00 beginning in July...sign up now and keep your $8.00/class through end of the year!

At The Center forSelf Awareness in Fern Park...in the Periwinkle Plaza across from the Jai-Lai Fronton on U.S. Hwy 17-92 - next to Subways behind Bill's Car Wash

Bring your mat, water, blanket, small pillow

Please be there at least 10 minutes before class starts so you can set up and ask questions if you have any and mingle with your Yoga buddies!

I also offer Yoga classes at the Casselberry Senior Center...200 N. Lake Triplett Dr. every Wednesday evening from  6:30 - 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday mornings from 9:15 - 10:45 A.M.

Classes are also $8.00/class through the end of June 2008...same as above!
