Welcome!  Yes, there are some minor changes and because we are flexible in mind, body and spirit we welcome 'shifts'.

Yoga Classes will continue at the Casselberry WIRZ Community Pool Club House located at 806 Mark David Blvd., Casselberry, FL 32707

$5.00/class.  Pay per class on Wednesday evenings. 

Class begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends at:  8:00 p.m.  This year will be a combination of Kundalini and Hatha, one week you may have Hatha and another week a Kundalini class, or other style of yoga!

Classes will continue only on Monday evenings at the Unity Spiritual Life Center located at the Villiagio Business Center 855 East SR 434, Suite 2201, Winter Springs, FL 32708  Please see the "Classes" tab for more info.

Mondays:  Kundalini Yoga Class for all levels of students.

      6:00 p.m.  - 7:30 p.m.

No experience necessary for any of the above classes.
