When you you focus on your breath using your mind and senses, seeing yourself in your mind's eye, a feeling of peace, calmness and knowing that it is all okay flows over you like refreshing water gently being poured over you from your head to your toes!  You feel refreshed, renewed and alive!  It is all as it should be and all perfect!

We can choose to handle our daily stresses in many ways, however, few ways that we choose truly bring us a sense of peace or put us in the driver's seat to be able to take control of our mind and thoughts.  Most of us do not know about or do not choose the tools available to us to manage stress and feel good about ourselves.

For me one of the tools available to us and is among the 'cream of the crop', is Yoga.  If you decide to pick up this tool and learn to use it, it has a way of uniting you to your true self and making you very aware of yourself in the highest best possible light!

With all the negative forces we are bombarded with daily and with those issues in our life that we may not have had any control of, taking time for yourself is crucial.   

Make time to take care of your physical, mental and spiritual health.
